5. The Jump Start payment will be given to you via our employee payroll and is subject to any tax and NI deductions.
6. The payment is given in two instalments, subject to continued employment at Red Bus Nursery & Pre-School. You will receive a £1000 welcome bonus on your first payslip (received on the first working day of the month) and a further £1000 in your payslip upon passing your 6 month probation period.
7. If within the qualifying period you resign from the position or your contract is terminated for any reason, no further payments will be made to you.
