Terms & Conditions

1. Current staff or employees already in the recruitment process as of 18th December 2023 are not eligible for this offer.

2. Eligible vacancies under this offer are -

• Early Years Practitioner, Flax Bourton or Coombe Dingle
• Lead Practitioner, Flax Bourton or Coombe Dingle

2.  To be eligible for this offer you must -

• Hold a relevant Early Years qualification, at Level 2 or higher.
• Have a working contract with Red Bus of at least 27 hours per week on an all year round basis.

4. Applicants via a third-party agency will not be eligible.

5. The Jump Start payment will be given to you via our employee payroll and is subject to any tax and NI deductions.

6. The payment is given in two instalments, subject to continued employment at Red Bus Nursery & Pre-School. You will receive a £1000 welcome bonus on your first payslip (received on the first working day of the month) and a further £1000 in your payslip upon passing your 6 month probation period.

7. If within the qualifying period you resign from the position or your contract is terminated for any reason, no further payments will be made to you.
