About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our team working in the Kindergarten room at our Downend nursery.

As a Practitioner, you will:

  • Deliver the EYFS framework through engaging, child-led play
  • Support the development of key children through observation, assessment, and planning
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure safeguarding and inclusive practice is at the heart of everything you do
  • Work as part of a friendly, collaborative team in a well-resourced, stimulating environment

What We’re Looking For

  • A full & relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years - essential!
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • A solid understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, caring attitude and a commitment to high-quality childcare
